【澳門日報消息】由澳門模擬聯合國交流協會主辦的蓮峰模擬聯合國大會今日在澳門開幕，來自北京、上海、廣州、成都和美國紐約等的上百名青年參加了會議。會議圍繞萬國禁煙大會、碳達峰碳中和以及人工智能與教育三大主題展開討論。
開幕式上，澳門模擬聯合國交流協會創會會長高煜人、澳門文化旅遊報副社長姚文健作了講話，鼓勵青年學生要積極進取，為祖國建設多做貢獻。
高煜人表示，該會將積極構建兩岸及港澳青年交流平台，鼓勵青年厚植家國情懷，拓寬全球視野，聚焦時代熱點，貢獻青年力量，推動各界青年加強交流合作、互學共促，推動資源分享，攜手向前，實現共同發展。
蓮峰模擬聯合國大會歷史委員會主席團成員楊祈康表示，本次會議對於讓青年深度感受歷史、學習歷史與積極推動中華民族偉大復興建設具有重大意義。
澳門城市大學教師陳子念表示，此次會議對學生很有意義，通過共同探討議題，可以訓練學生關注社會，並且刺激學生的反思能力以及與人互動溝通的能力。

【Macao Daily News】The Lianfeng Model United Nations Conference, sponsored by the Macao Model United Nations Exchange Association, opened today in Macao, attended by hundreds of young people from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and New York, USA. The conference focused on three major topics: the Universal Anti-Smoking Conference, carbon peak carbon neutrality, artificial intelligence and education.
At the opening ceremony, Gao Yuren, founding president of Macao Model United Nations Exchange Association, and Yao Wenjian, vice president of Macao Culture and Tourism Newspaper, made speeches, encouraging young students to be proactive and make more contributions to the construction of the motherland.
Gao Yuren said that the association will actively build a cross-Straits and Hong Kong and Macao youth exchange platform, encourage young people to cultivate feelings of home and country, broaden their global vision, focus on the hot spots of The Times, contribute to youth strength, promote youth from all walks of life to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, learn from each other, promote resource sharing, and work together to achieve common development.
Yang Qikang, a member of the presidium of the History Committee of the Lianfeng Model United Nations Conference, said that this meeting is of great significance for letting young people deeply feel history, learn history and actively promote the construction of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Chen Zinian, a teacher at City University of Macau, said the meeting was meaningful for students, as it trained them to pay attention to society by discussing issues together, and stimulated their ability to reflect and interact with others.
